The Barn at Pengelly is licensed by Cornwall Council to hold both indoor and outdoor ceremonies.
Lower Terrace
Our most loved ceremony area is the lower terrace that overlooks the lakes and seats up to 150 guests.
Choose to get married under the Pagoda and walk down the aisle through our wooden arch that can be decorated to your style; or opt for another area of the terrace.
There is wheelchair access, making your ceremony accessible to all.
The Barn
Inside the venue, we can accommodate up to 300 guests for your ceremony, or we can create a more intimate setting for smaller weddings, starting from just 20 guests. Our expansive bi-fold doors span the front of the building, offering breathtaking views and a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
We offer styling packages to bring your vision to life, and you can also decorate our wooden ceremony arch to match your style and theme.
Grass Area
Our flat grass area can seat up to 60 guests and is adjacent to the venue, with views of the lakes.
This setting is perfect for those who are looking for more of a laid back, countryside feel.
Alternatively, guests use this area for bouncy castles or additional lawn games.
