Paul & Sue Hicks
Paul & Sue have run Pengelly Farm for over 4 decades, taking over from Paul’s Father to lead the dairy herd and the B&B from the original farmhouse, which is now owned privately. Living on-site, they manage all grounds and maintenance and the on-site accommodation.

WENNA & PIPPA HICKS
Wenna and Pippa transformed a long-held dream into reality, ensuring the farm’s continuity within the family. Drawing upon their varied expertise in hospitality and operations management, they work diligently behind the scenes to ensure the venue is continuously evolving.
Venue Manager
Lauren
Lauren, our Venue Manager, joined the family on the day we opened and makes sure you feel like you are in good hands.
She joined us with years of experience in London and Cornwall, and manages the wider team and the day to day running of the venue.
Wedding Coordinator
Megan
Meg joined the team in 2023 from another busy Cornish wedding venue, bringing her creative flair, love for themed weddings and passion for weddings.
Meg loves a themed wedding and coming up with ideas to make your wedding stand out.

Emily
Emily is the newest member of our team and has a strong background in the wedding planning industry, having worked with a renowned Wedding Planner, she has helped host weddings across Cornwall and Devon.
