Your Day
Day Before
Arriving the afternoon before your wedding, you will be greeted by your Wedding Coordinator who will help you style the venue. When you opt for one of our styling packages, the team will have the tables ready prior to your arrival. The bar can be open until 8pm so you can have pre-wedding celebrations with your close friends and family. Choose from either the kitchen garden pizza party or live fire BBQ in the courtyard to kick start the celebrations.
Getting Ready
Our brand-new Glam Room is perfect for your morning preparations. With four LED illuminated stations, a dressing room & a kitchenette, you will have everything you need to get ready in the morning. Or opt for one of our Cottages to get ready in. Our team will come and check in on you and deliver any breakfast hampers, whilst making the finishing touches to the venue, and then you have the option of being transported down to the venue in our golf buggy.
The Ceremony
With 3 licensed ceremony areas, you can say “I do” inside our stunning glass-fronted barn or outdoors with panoramic views that will take your breath away.
Welcome Drinks
After the ceremony, your guests can enjoy a refreshing drink from one of our drinks packages while we serve your chosen canapés. Our lawn games will also be available, creating a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.
The bar opens an hour before your ceremony, giving guests plenty of time to arrive, unwind and begin the celebrations from the very start.
Photo Time
Explore our sprawling 250-acre farmland to capture the perfect wedding photos. With picturesque lakes, charming farm lanes, a relaxing hammock, a whimsical swing, vibrant cornfields, a stunning wildflower field, and enchanting sunflower fields, we offer the ideal backdrop for every season.
Wedding Breakfast
Choose from our in-house menus for your wedding breakfast, including our signature feasting menus, our seasonal Garden Menu for a vibrant vegetarian option, and a dedicated children’s menu for younger guests. You are also welcome to use our in-house PA system for your background music and speeches.
Time to Dance
And then it’s time to PARTY! Once you have cut the cake, it’s time to dim the lights and get ready for the first dance. Your Wedding Coordinator will cut the remainder of your cake and place it on serving boards for guests to help themselves. Choose from one of our four evening food menus to keep your guests fuelling throughout the night.
Retire To Your Cabin
As the night draws to a close, you can retire to the honeymoon cabin, lovingly hand-built by the family using recycled materials, and it is included in the venue hire for multi-day weddings.
Day After
As you wake up to the soothing sounds of the lakes the next morning, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the venue and its stunning grounds until noon. Guests can join you for breakfast in the Kitchen Garden, while reminiscing about the wonderful memories.
